Not currently accepting patients

Hi there, I'm Bryn!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward mental health wellness. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and difficult life transitions.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe environment to discuss how your current emotions, thoughts, and circumstances impact your life. I draw upon my experience and training to offer person-centered, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based counseling tailored to your unique needs.

My focus

I work with individuals seeking support in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and challenging life transitions.

My communication style

In our work together, I prioritize building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My communication style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to the mental health field by a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges and achieve greater well-being. This calling led me to pursue a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to provide effective, compassionate care.

My goals for you

My goal is to guide you in drawing out your innate strengths and resilience. Together, we will create personalized goals and work toward achieving overall wellness and improved quality of life. I am committed to empowering you with the tools and insights needed for lasting, positive change.

My first session with you

In our initial session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaboratively identify your hopes and goals for our work together. This is an opportunity for us to begin building a therapeutic alliance, discussing my approach, and ensuring it aligns with your needs and preferences. Most importantly, you should feel heard, respected, and that we are a good fit to embark on this journey together.
