I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping clients reach their goals for growth, healing, and fostering change that serves them well in life.

My approach

My therapeutic approach adjusts according to what my client may want and need from our therapeutic relationship, that includes multiple modes of counseling including: Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Client Centered, and Solution-focused.

My focus

I strive to help individuals who are struggling with major life transitions or changes, stressors, anxiety management and reduction, and developing healthy self-relationships. I want to assist you to reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress, build skills to manage emotions, build self-acceptance, self-esteem, and self-confidence.

My communication style

My counseling style is open and inviting. I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, direct approach and want to help clients discover a positive therapeutic environment. I believe in the power of self-discovery, I believe it is never too late to start a new journey, I believe we are all worthy of healing.

My goals for you

Goal setting in therapy is important to the process because it holds me accountable as your therapist but it also holds the client accountable for what they wish to accomplish with our time together. Goals are something to work toward and proof that change is taking place.

My first session with you

In an initial session we will review your intake forms so that you can elaborate on your experiences and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic relationship. You will have the chances to extend on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences that lead you to now.
