My approach
I am certified in DBT and use it to assist most of my clients with developing a life worth living by decreasing depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviors.
My focus
I work with clients to increase their function in life that are suffering from anxiety, depression, or addiction, along with emotional regulation and communication issues.
My communication style
I communicate with clients in a nonjudgmental style that meets their needs—ranging from showing empathy to assisting them with making assertive statements and setting boundaries with others.
