My passion and experience in helping others create a warm, trusting atmosphere where clients can share their stories and process their feelings. Each person is the expert on their life and so, together, we develop healthy strategies that will lead to emotional health, greater self-esteem, and improved relationships. My work is guided by the belief that all persons have inherent value and can experience positive change.
My approach
I use a variety of methods in my therapeutic practice based on my client's goals with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
My focus
I excel at helping teens through adults work through challenges including, but not limited mood disorders, behavioral problems, depression, anger, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance abuse and adjustment to life changes. I also work with families and couples on building healthier communication and conflict management.

I want my clients to feel empowered and better able to manage life's stressors. I provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that allows for clients to fully engage in their growth.
