Erica finds joy in empowering others to reach their full potential. Life is full of changes and Erica is here to help you on a journey of balancing those transitions.

There is such a negative stigma with seeking and receiving health for mental health. Erica's passion is breaking down that stigma as mental health should be inclusive as physical health without a stigma.
