I studied in Puerto Rico, where my formation as a Psychologist entailed looking at each theory and analyzing its social-historical-cultural construction of understanding human behaviors. In recognition that everyone is unique and treatment needs to address the individual and their construction of meaning, placing clients as active agents of change.

I approach therapy from a place of respect, guidance, and growth.
My focus
I specialize in working with issues including Relationship Issues, Trauma and PTSD, Mood Disorders, Life Transitions, Self-esteem, and Domestic Violence. Able to be open about themselves and situations of distress. Seek growth and healing.

My journey to mental healthcare
I have always been fascinated by human behavior, in knowing what makes us tick. My journey as a Psychologist started from curiosity about criminal behavior. I decided on furthering my education with a Ph.D. to assist others with gaining insight and direction about their inner world. I have been fortunate to provide psychotherapy services to an array of diverse populations, forwarding my therapeutic approach and understanding of human behavior.
