My journey to mental healthcare
I entered the mental health field after completing my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From 09/2016 to 02/2018, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Rosecrance in Champaign-Urbana. I was motivated to enter this field to help others navigate life's challenges and improve their well-being.

My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to develop a plan to address your unique needs and goals. I will ask questions to understand your background, current challenges, and hopes for the future. We will also discuss my approach and how we can best work together. Remember, finding the right therapist is important, so please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
