I'm Meaghan Case, a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping adolescents, young adults, and adults increase their quality of life and learn skills to deal with stress, anxiety, and other challenges.
My approach
My approach is interactive, warm, accepting, and centered on each individual client's goals. I utilize a variety of techniques, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), play therapy, anger/stress management, anxiety reduction, and talk therapy.
My focus
I work with individuals, minors (ages 13-17), and families on issues such as ADHD, anger management, anxiety, autism, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, depression, developmental disorders, family conflict, impulse control, intellectual disability, learning disabilities, life transitions, mood disorders, panic attacks, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, and stress.

I have an interactive communication style that is warm and accepting. I aim to help clients identify their strengths and areas for growth to assist them in living up to their full potential.
My journey to mental healthcare
I studied social work at the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana and received my master's in social work from Washington University-St. Louis. I also have a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University, completed from January 2020 to August 2021 in Tempe, AZ. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for six years, gaining experience in school social work and treating various mental health conditions.
