Whether it be grief, stress from work, employment, family or relationships, trauma, substance use, chronic pain, or just not feeling okay. For whatever reason you feel, know that you do not have to face this journey alone; through therapy let's navigate to a better quality of life.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and tailored to each client's needs. I provide clients with a non-judgmental and confidential environment to safely help them navigate through their journey.

My communication style

I engage with clients through open, honest, and direct communication. My style is warm and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. I listen attentively and provide reflective feedback to help you gain clarity and insight. Together, we'll navigate challenges at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2013. Since then, I have worked in various settings such as outpatient, residential, prison, and hospital settings, in different states with people from all walks of life providing group and individual therapy for adults and couples. I became a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in 2016.
