My focus
I work with clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger issues, substance use disorder, sexual abuse, sex addiction, relationship conflict, as well as communication issues.

I create an open and supportive environment for my clients. I practice a trauma-informed non-judgmental stance to allow for safety and treatment success.
My journey to mental healthcare
I want to always be a part of the change we need. My goal has always been to help eradicate stigma and help individuals that struggle with mental illness and substance use disorder. I want every individual to be able to ask for help, even in the most daunting time. I am here to help sustain positive change.
