My name is Jeff Miller. I'm an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor. My desire is to meet you where you are and support you in reaching your goals.
My approach
My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are, listening to your story, and helping you discover hope and healing. I use various techniques to assist you in becoming your best self in your situation. One technique I use is a Cognitive Behavioral model, which focuses on connecting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to restore hope, healing, and peace.

I have experience with walking individuals, families, and couples through a wide variety of issues. I love investing in my clients and going on a journey of healing with them.
