Hi there, I'm D'Alma!

Hello! My name is D'Alma Bradley. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I am a person-centered therapist that meets the client where they are at.

My approach

I am first person-centered. I meet my clients where they are and go where they need to go. I use a very integrative approach where I use the modality that best fits the client and their needs. I often use CBT, mindfulness, and existential therapy approaches.

My focus

I work with a range of clients from adolescents/teens- older adulthood. The clients that I see come because of life transitions, anxiety, boundaries, family issues, people-pleasing, relationship concerns, and amongst other things.

My communication style

I believe therapy is a partnership. I work together with my clients to help them reach their goals.
