My approach
My therapeutic approach is grounded in transparency, trust, and honest love. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, and reality therapy to help clients manage unhealthy thinking patterns and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My focus
I have worked with a wide array of clients coping with depression, anxiety, trauma (physical, sexual, and emotional abuse/violence), and everyday life stressors. I also have a background in couples counseling.
My communication style
Transparency and trust are the core values of my therapeutic approach with a mixture of honest love. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as we work together to achieve their goals.
My journey to mental healthcare
I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Central Florida. My clinical experience includes providing therapy at Chrysalis Health, Adapt Behavioral Services, and A Better Therapy Inc.

My goal is to help you say goodbye to unhealthy thinking patterns and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Together, we will work on managing trauma and stress that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to establish a therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration. I will take time to understand your unique needs, challenges, and strengths. We will then work together to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals.
