I am a therapist with over 25 years of experience providing mental health services to a diverse population group. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University, which I completed from July 1993 to April 1994 in New York, NY.

I draw upon modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Relational therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Person-Centered therapy.

My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to identify your key goals. I will ask questions to understand your background, current situation, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This will help lay the foundation for a productive therapeutic relationship.
