Hi there, I'm Phil!

Hello I am Phil White and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) in CA. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach

I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My focus

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety and both short and long-term depression whether it is your first time experiencing depression or you have struggled with it all your life, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

My communication style

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use a non-judgmental approach that focuses on working as a team to figure out the right questions that need to be asked. You can't get the right answer until you have figured out the right question.

My goals for you

I believe in setting realistic, achievable goals and then building on the success of having reached them.

My first session with you

Getting to know a little about you and what brings you to treatment. Identifying what it is you hope to accomplish in treatment and begin exploring how you can reach it.
