Taylor Pinne, MSW, LCSW. Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works from a person-centered approach. I meet the clients where they are at, and assist with learning tools to cope with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.
My approach
I utilize therapy approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused, and person-centered.
My focus
The types of clients that I typically work with are clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. I typically see patients between the ages of 18-65.
My communication style
When a client is working with me, I want them to feel comfortable and not feel like it's a "stiff" environment. This is your time and your session. This is about you and working on getting you to feel like your best self.
My goals for you
I approach goal setting by first asking the client what they want to achieve through therapy.
My first session with you
During the first session, I will use this time to complete an assessment and learn more about the client.
