My focus
I typically work with adults and older adults struggling with life transitions, chronic illness, stress, relationship issues & grief. My background includes working in the VA and community mental health systems of care.
My communication style
My style is open-minded, straightforward & respectful. I offer resourcefulness and support, sprinkled with humor and the wisdom picked up from guiding people through difficulties over the past 22 years.
My journey to mental healthcare
I changed careers after overcoming some significant personal life experiences. The amount of suffering in today’s world and people’s amazing ability to heal keeps me in the field.
