My name is Dr. Kasey Grass. I am a licensed psychologist in Washington with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
My approach
Solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as some elements of acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavior therapy
My focus
I have worked with clients across the lifespan. I typically work with adolescent through middle age clients. I have the most experience with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, parenting, coping skills, and mindfulness-based approaches.
My communication style
I am very client-centered in my approach. I am here to help you. I work to create a safe, open, and positive environment where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to listen and provide feedback as well as help you set goals and provide strategies to practice outside of the sessions.
