Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

My name is Jennifer Jost, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. Whether you are seeking support for your mental, psychological, or emotional health, need help repairing relationships in your life, or would like to learn skills to add to your wellness toolbox, I will work alongside you with sincerity, compassion, and empathy. I am honored to begin this journey with you.

I believe there is no "one size fits all" counseling. This is why I use a person-centered approach to therapy and meet you where you are along your wellness journey. I prioritize your individuality and help you create therapy goals that specifically meet your needs.

I specialize in treating mood disorders and behavior needs. I work with a wide range of clients and am comfortable treating various conditions.

My communication style

I create a safe, growth-mindset environment for my clients. Working with me feels natural. I encourage my clients to feel free to be their authentic selves so that they can grow where they are planted.
