I have experience working with clients dealing with trauma, interpersonal challenges, infidelity, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and/or grief.

Collaborative approach as it relates to goal setting. I allow the client to identify goals and assist with developing objectives in an effort to ensure the client reaches the identified goal.
My first session with you
During the first session, the goal is to build rapport. The first session, discussed my background, my experience, and the concept of confidentiality. Next, develop goals want to explore. Lastly, provide a safe place for the client to share their story and explore what brings them into therapy.
