I have been providing counseling for over 23 years with a variety of clientele. I utilize person-centered counseling, focusing on a person's experiences as they see them and helping them work through these through self-reflection, relaxation techniques, and positive self-talk.
My approach
I utilize person-centered counseling, focusing on a person's experiences as they see them and helping them work through these through self-reflection, relaxation techniques, and positive self-talk. I approach the issues someone is having through their perspective and offer my view and determine if that aligns with what the client is experiencing. I believe in exploring family dynamics and childhood experiences to determine if that’s impacting functioning as an adult.
