My approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered care, where each individual's unique needs and experiences guide the process. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, while also integrating mindfulness and solution-focused techniques to promote self-awareness and practical coping skills. I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey, fostering resilience and long-term well-being.

I primarily work with young adults/adults and middle/high school-aged children, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience supporting clients through life transitions, emotional regulation, and building healthy self-esteem. My goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients feel empowered to embrace change and improve their overall well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist was rooted in my passion for helping others and creating meaningful change in people’s lives. Early on, I was drawn to the power of human connection and how transformative it can be to have someone truly listen and support you through life’s challenges. This led me to pursue a career in mental health, where I’ve dedicated myself to learning evidence-based practices and honing my skills in order to provide compassionate, effective care. The joy of seeing clients grow, heal, and thrive continues to inspire me every day in this work.
