My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist was rooted in a deep desire to help people heal and grow. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding human behavior and the emotional complexities that shape our lives. This curiosity, combined with a strong sense of empathy, made me realize that I wanted to dedicate my life to supporting others in overcoming their challenges. What attracted me to a career as a therapist was the profound impact that emotional and mental health can have on every aspect of a person’s life. I wanted to be a part of the process that helps individuals navigate their struggles and emerge stronger, more self-aware, and empowered. The human mind’s capacity to heal and adapt, even in the face of trauma and adversity, is something that has always inspired me.
