My name is Kristi R. Gilliam and I am a licensed clinical provider. I utilize multiple modalities to provide coping skills to manage ADHD, Intrusive negative thoughts, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, vocational stress, and relationship challenges.
My approach
The most utilized modalities as a behavioral therapist are Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Emotional focused therapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy.
My focus
I work with clients over the age of 18. All ages and stages of the human journey can be difficult and challenging. I provide coping skills to manage ADHD, role loss, aging difficulties, Intrusive negative thoughts, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, vocational stress, and relationships challenges
My communication style
I am a warm and compassionate person, and I strive to make my clients comfortable and heard during each session. I want to be part of their support system and assist with improving emotional health.
