My approach
Sade' is thorough, engaging, thoughtful, hopeful, and sometimes challenging (when necessary). It is her goal to help those she serves to discover their higher self, increase peace, and accept joy.
My focus
Sade specializes in working with people who need guidance in the process of finding their voice, recognizing self-worth, rewiring negative thinking patterns, increasing hope, securing internal and external motivators, healing, and thriving (living beyond survival)! Sade believes clients are the experts on their own situations and uses active listening skills to assist them in the process of finding their strengths and skills.
My communication style
A safe space is the priority! People engage, open up, gain the courage to change, and grow when they feel they have a safe space to be themselves. Sade's communication style is to deliver what is needed at the time. That ranges from professional to authentic to engaging to open, vulnerable, and uplifting.
