Welcome! I am Jennifer K. Fuller, LCMHC, LPC-S, LMHC (she/her). In my practice I value wellness for the mind and body. A comfortable and safe environment are my priorities, as we work towards meaningful personal and relational changes together.
My approach
I use an individualized approach to psychotherapy, tailoring my approach based on the specific goals and strengths of the client. I am skilled in a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, drawing from cognitive behavioral, experiential, mindfulness, expressive, and feminist psychotherapy approaches. Those include: Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing Psychotherapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing.
My focus
I have extensive education in stress and trauma treatments and women's issues, and my experience over the last 10+ years is in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, experiences, and locations from around the world. I currently live in Tulsa, OK (Osage, Cherokee, and Muscogee Nations) with my husband and family.
My communication style
I rely heavily on body and nervous system focused practices, mindfulness and intentionality, as well as healing, relational, and experiential strategies. I will come alongside you to guide you towards connection, growth, and embodiment. I believe it’s important to know that your mind and body are not your enemy. I am not here to “fix” you, but to guide you in trusting yourself, loving and accepting yourself, healing yourself, and accepting and integrating your experiences.
