Hannah creates a therapeutic space for her clients to explore themselves and move towards their goals. I work with adolescents and adults and have immediate openings for virtual appointments. I specialize in trauma informed clinical psychotherapy and utilize evidence based practices (DBT, TF-CBT, MI, ACT, Seeking Safety). Hannah also understands the deep connection between the mind and body and incorporates both into her practice. Hannah is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Practitioner and brings yoga into therapy.
My approach
In her practice, Hannah prioritizes creating a safe and affirming space for individuals of all identities, specializing in LGBTQA+ affirming therapy. She adopts a humanistic and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from theories such as polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and internal family systems, and the powerful connection between the body and mind to foster healing and transformation in her clients.
My focus
Hannah works with people who have experienced trauma or stress in their life and works with them towards their healing process. Hannah also works with people who have experienced anxiety and depression.
My communication style
Hannah has been able to merge her decade-long passion for both yoga and psychotherapy into a transformative practice. With roots in psychotherapy, she fosters self-awareness and healing, while her yoga classes promote balance and inner peace. Hannah's mission is to empower individuals to unlock their potential and thrive authentically, bridging the gap between mind and body and building inner awareness.
