My approach
During sessions, I use a variety of trauma-informed approaches to therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through personalized strategies, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that can lead to a more fulfilled life. I am also a therapist who utilizes holistic approaches, so I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices into our sessions.
My focus
I tend to work mostly with those who experience symptoms related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. During sessions, clients mainly want to focus on topics related to family conflict, relationship conflict, traumas they have experienced, and other stressors that impact their emotions, mood, and behaviors that affect their daily lives.
