My approach
I bring a wealth of expertise in psychodynamic psychotherapy to my practice, rooted in the belief that our past experiences influence our present emotions and behaviors. Together, we will explore unconscious patterns, unresolved conflicts, and relational dynamics to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and enhance your capacity for positive change.
My focus
I work with individuals who want to explore more into the development of their uncomfortable thoughts and are curious about repetitive behaviors. This can be with anyone challenged with grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, or relationship patterns.
My communication style
I take my time with my clients, as everyone is different. I tend to want to understand what the client wants from our therapeutic relationship so I can be effective. My sessions allow the client to have the space they need to tell their story as best they can, while not making them feel alone.
