I am board-certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
My approach
Life and the challenges it brings may present themselves to be complex. CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers an opportunity for the client to process step-by-step productive ways to better manage triggers and any other underlying emotions impacting a person's daily function. One's past is not one's potential.

I am licensed in Texas with 4-5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression.

My journey to mental healthcare
My personal creed has constantly been to love God, love life, and love people. Getting the opportunity to be of service in many people's lives is a privilege that I hold close to my heart. Life is all about perspective. Thus, I am passionate about learning from other's life experiences and witnessing wonderful breakthroughs from negative past incidents into recreated life ventures.
