My name is Pricila Rubio and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in South Texas. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, and grief therapy. However, I am here to help anyone who needs and wants help.
My approach
I usually use cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to assist in helping to work together and develop new skills to help you feel better as you work towards the change that is right for your life.
My focus
I have worked with persons ages 17-92. I am comfortable with treating Anxiety, Depression, grief, and low self-esteem.

I will create a judge-free environment where you can feel safe to talk about your needs and personal issues.
My journey to mental healthcare
A mentor once asked me what I would do for free. The answer is helping people!! I love talking to people, really listening to them, and helping them work through any emotions they may need help with.
My goals for you
I will work with my clients to meet them where they are at and together set the right goals that will make my clients feel better and move forward with their lives.
My first session with you
During the first session, you can expect to get to know each other in order to feel comfortable. I will also ask some questions to better understand your feelings, current situation, and any specific background that is affecting you.
