My approach to therapy is from a holistic and integrative therapeutic perspective helping to enhance your overall well-being of the mind, body, and spirit for clarity and understanding towards the well life.
My focus
I provide an inclusive environment and consider working with many types of clients from all backgrounds and ages, seeking individual therapy, family therapy, marriage and family therapy, and couple's counseling therapy.
My communication style
I try to see things from my client's perspective through their lens to better understand things from their viewpoint, in an empathetic way to better help them in a humanistic and more authentic manner.
My journey to mental healthcare
From the beginning of my counseling career, I continue to be motivated to help others through connection and hope as part of the human experience of evolving. Through counseling others, it provides an opportunity to be a part of the human growth process by connecting with my clients because they matter and deserve respect. If I can help someone feel heard, and find their way to go from survival mode to thriving mode then, it's a good day.
