Hi! Nice to share this journey with you. I am a seasoned therapist and I use evidence-based interventions, as well as education. My primary focus is person-centered counseling, however, I have found cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of our mental health and what we know, determine how we navigate our worlds.
My approach
My approach to therapy utilizes Person-Centered, BT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT), Trauma-Informed, and PsychoEd.
My focus
I have worked with various Children, Adolescents, and Adults who suffer from Addiction, ADHD, Aging, Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, and many more.
My communication style
I have been called approachable. That’s where it all begins. My endeavor is to provide a safe space for client dialogue and transformative work. I will meet clients where they are, in dignity and with respect for their identity, beliefs, and character, and confront what I may… it’s actually, though a pretty, fun, but professional journey. My journey to mental healthcare
I began becoming a therapist during what I thought was the hardest time of my life… and ladies and gentlemen I was wrong. I enjoy helping others including teens and young adults increase, as I have. We are always growing and have the means to live our best lives no matter the circumstances.
