My name is Rodney Sikes, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in CBT, REBT, Solution Focused, Trauma, and Crisis Counseling. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults to help them make better life choices.

As an LPC, my roll is to help individuals conquer life-changing events and navigate life to a point of wellness.

My communication style
I try to provide a warm, welcoming environment, where clients can feel relaxed. Where they can share their pain, frustration, and most closely guarded secrets.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist started with becoming a police officer. I have always been a person, who cares for others. After retirement, from law enforcement, I went back to school to acquire my license to continue my journey of being a servant.
My goals for you
After getting to know my clients and working with them, we try to work on specific goals, they want to accomplish.
My first session with you
The first session, the client should feel comfortable. They should look forward to addressing issues which they struggled with.
