Hi there, I'm Daniel!

Greetings. My name is Daniel MacDonald, Licensed Professional Counselor. I take a solution-oriented approach to reframing and adjusting circumstances in your life that affect your daily experiences.

My approach

I prefer to use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to establish a plan of action that is suited to your needs.

My focus

My clients are primarily experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD and Bipolar.

My communication style

I ask many questions of my clients and try to do so with a casual yet calm atmosphere.
