My name is Carol B. Williams and I am a licensed counselor with over 16 years of experience. I have experience working with people who have anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach
I have a client-centered approach. I have utilized mindfulness, CBT techniques, and to assist my clients in their goals to improve their overall quality of life.
My focus
I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have a history of working with clients that have Complex PTSD as well. You may not have a major diagnosis just need someone to talk to due to a major event in your life.

I attempt to provide my clients with an open environment for growth and healing.
