Hello, and welcome! I am a bilingual licensed professional counselor who is deeply committed to fostering positive change and empowerment in the lives of those I work with. My approach
I am very person-centered in my approach and work to create a safe environment for the client to be open throughout the therapeutic process. I value creating a time designed to focus solely on the client, a time to process emotions and gain an understanding of your emotions and behaviors, to learn coping skills, and to feel challenged, understood, and heard. In my practice, I blend empathy, expertise, and evidence-based approaches to offer personalized care tailored to each individual's needs. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, or other mental health concerns, I am here to listen, support, and assist you in enhancing well-being and building resilience.
My focus
My current work includes supporting women through all aspects of life. I have a special connection to working with moms-to-be and new moms navigating the transition to motherhood/parenting. I also enjoy working with children, teens, and college students.
