My name is Leslie. Raneri. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, adjustment to a new health diagnosis and family and life transitions, coping with grief and loss, career difficulties, depression, and anxiety.
My approach
As Brene Brown says, “Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light. “ Through using a strengths-based approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and relational therapeutic approaches, I hope you come away from therapy with new perspectives and hope.
My focus
Although I have worked with a spectrum of clients, I specialize in supporting women in key transitions and life stages including parenting, relationships, and life and career transitions.
My communication style
I seek to create a supportive and warm environment for clients to be vulnerable and open about their thoughts, emotions, and experiences and to come away with insight, strategies, and hope to take the next steps in their journey of healing.
My goals for you
I work collaboratively with clients to identify and set goals, knowing that achieving small victories can increase confidence and hope for other challenges.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happy life, to take the first steps towards change.
