My therapeutic approach is person-centered and I most often employ narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and humanistic counseling.

I work with all client populations and most frequently treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
My communication style
The environment for therapy is always a safe space for clients to process, confront, and work through their challenges. Many clients say working with me feels like safety from judgment or fear.
My journey to mental healthcare
I faced many challenges in life often feeling the coping skills needed were just not available to me. I am driven to educate and empower clients to determine what works best for them to overcome their challenges! We should all have the opportunity to live happy joyous and free!
My goals for you
I believe goal setting with clients is person-centered in that each individual has the right to determine what comes of their time in therapy.

Clients should expect a brief introduction, rapport building, and an initial assessment to determine how I as a therapist can best serve them.
