My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist was fueled by a deep desire to help others navigate the complexities of their lives and find their inner strength. I have worked in various roles that allowed me to support individuals in different capacities, including mentoring family members of alcoholics, advocating for children and adults with special needs, and providing direct counseling.
