My name is Raequael Anderson and I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a history of treating a variety of populations utilizing several therapeutic techniques. Additionally, I hold a dual specialization as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing support services to their families.
My approach
I use both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy when providing services. I believe that any mode of therapeutic intervention is an opportunity for individuals and families to address personal and psychosocial concerns that may be adversely impacting their life in a calm, non-judgmental environment. I maintain a collaborative approach to treatment by assisting others in identifying issues, and developing goals and effective skills to best meet their needs. My ultimate goal is to assist others in improving their quality of life.
