My name is Holly Jackle, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in grief therapy, stress management, trauma recovery, 12 step recovery from Addiction, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.
My approach
My approach to therapy varies on the needs of each client I work with. I frequently use Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive behavioral therapy to focus on healing.
My focus
I work with adolescents and adults who are often struggling with life transitions and stressors. I encourage my clients to build additional coping skills to handle life's challenges.
My communication style
I am calm and personable. I am a great listener. I want my clients to feel comfortable and I seek to create a space of no judgement.
My journey to mental healthcare
I've been in the helping profession for over 30 years. I love working with people to find healing and hope in their life journey. I have worked and volunteered in many different settings: hospital, jails, prisons, schools, churches, group homes, and nursing homes. I appreciate seeing people grow to be all that they can be.

My goal for you is to feel comfortable talking with me and building trust between us. Over time, we'll work together to set goals and track your progress.
My first session with you
What you can expect from our first session is spending the majority of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently, building a initial connection, and seeing if you would like to move forward to setting a first goal for therapy.
