My communication style

I use talk therapy. I believe it is important to listen to my clients and help them process situation, identify solutions, and problem solve. I work to empower clients to reach the goals they set for themselves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to help people. When I was in undergraduate school I started working with juvenile delinquents through the court system. The goal was to help them get their life back on track and make better decisions for self. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with all ages in every setting related to mental health. I love seeing clients make progress in their treatment and meeting not only treatment goal but other goals in their life. I believe we go through difficult times and it is beneficial to have someone like a therapist to talk to and help during this time.
