Hello, my name is Jennifer Mullowney and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I follow an individualized and integrative approach to therapy.
My approach
I use an approach that includes cognitive behavioral, supportive, and solution-focused therapies, as well as psycho-education.
My focus
I work with adults and my focus areas are depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship and family issues, as well as women's issues.
My communication style
I create a supportive environment without judgment but I am also honest. It will feel like a collaboration to work with me on achieving your best self and your goals.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to pursuing this career came out of an internship I completed in my undergraduate study. My want to help people guided me in this direction. I have been doing it for over 20 years and cannot imagine doing anything else.

My first session with you
I know some clients feel nervous about the first session. In the first session with me, we will review the reasons you wanted to enter therapy and what you want to accomplish. I will also review your intake information with you and may ask additional questions. I want to make sure that I am the right fit for you.
