I utilize a variety of empirically supported therapies and techniques to bring about change. This can include CBT, behavioral activation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, prolonged exposure, and ACT.

I aim to be collaborative and to help come up with goals that are important and meaningful to my clients. I try to push clients out of their comfort zones, through the use of mindfulness and behavioral changes.
My first session with you
Clients can expect to feel heard and validated during sessions. Clients can expect to gain further insight into some of their different struggles and become better aware of their emotions in the present moment. I aim to help clients learn new coping skills to solve problems in their lives. This includes being better able to regulate emotions, manage anxiety, engage in more positive self-talk, and reduce engagement in problematic health behaviors.
