My focus
In my practice, I provide compassionate support tailored to clients aged 13 and up. I have experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, sexual intimacy concerns, and porn addiction. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I am also a registered play therapist, trauma-certified, sex therapy certified, and an OCD specialist with expertise in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My goal is to create a safe and affirming space where you feel heard and empowered on your journey to wellbeing.

Our sessions are conversational and collaborative, where I not only listen, but also share my insights and strategies to help you reach your goals. My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because I've always had a deep passion for serving and helping others. From a young age, I found immense joy in listening to and supporting those around me.
