I'm an eclectic therapist, which means I work with a variety of therapeutic models and utilize them depending on what your needs are. I use and have been trained in a variety of modalities including strength-based confidence training, and cognitive behavioral, and trauma informed care,. My goal is to create an inviting and non-judgmental environment in which to explore and actively pursue your emotional, personal, and professional growth.

Most of us need two things to make changes in our lives: encouragement and accountability. I offer teletherapy and life coaching virtually.

I provide a balance between support and challenge. We work together to identify patterns that are no longer useful and to develop strategies for change. Whether it’s building confidence so you can ask for the promotion, learning to set boundaries, or becoming an entrepreneur, we’ll do it together.

My journey to mental healthcare
Growing up with my own dysfunctional family issues, I've always wanted to be a counselor. I had my kids young, so I didn't become a licensed therapist until my 40's. I do this work because I believe recovery and growth is possible and I love to see my clients overcome their challenges.
