Hi there, my name is Naomi Hankins. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I enjoy working with people who are struggling with anxiety and/or depression.
My approach
I primarily use CBT, but also use a client centered approach. I strongly believe in meeting all my clients where they currently are in relation to their therapeutic needs.
My focus
I also have experience working with individuals struggling with grief, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting issues, work related stress, and family problems.
My communication style
I allow space for the client to set the tone for the environment. I have found that some people need more guidance while others just need a listening ear.
