Hello, my name is Brandee Bales. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Through empathy, support, encouragement, and a strong therapeutic alliance, I strive to empower, encourage, and uplift each person that I serve. I want to offer a safe place that is warm, genuine, non-judgmental, and welcoming.

I will assist you using techniques that include cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strength-based, and a trauma-informed approach.

I have over 18 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have a desire to help others and combat stigmas around mental health. I value growth and improving well-being.
