My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your background, and your goals. This will help me understand your unique situation and how I can best support you. We will also discuss the therapy process, confidentiality, and any questions you may have. My aim is to create a collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
